Hi, just wanted to get other vegans opinions on this, but as a vegan who is getting a rescue ferret, and ferrets being obligate carnivores, how do you feel about other vegans having strictly meat eating pets? I have spent quite a while looking to see if I could get any vegan ferret food, (and have to take this boy otherwise he’ll be put down) and I know that I can’t, so I’m putting him on a mix of dry cat and ferret food when I get him in a month or so, Thanks! – Totally Vegan Buzz

They need meat they are designed to eat it so I think that is fine as long as you try and buy as cruelty free as you can find and don’t buy from companies you know are ethically wrong

Humans don’t need meat to live and we are far more advanced and don’t even have the teeth for it
