How To Get B12 Through Vegan Food | Ask Vegans Anything | Totally Vegan Buzz
Ask Vegans AnythingCategory: QuestionsI’ve been vegan for 6 months now. Yay! But my family keeps asking about my B12, I’m not taking any supplements. I’m just wonder am I getting any B12 through the foods I’m eating as a vegan? Is there any other way to get B12 than supplements?

To start you could visit your doctor and request a blood lab panel to check all of your levels to begin with, which is a good starting place if possible. As far as diet goes, look into consuming more dark green leafy greens like kale or for even more look into your fortified breakfast cereals like bran flakes and cornflakes.
