For healthier vegan foods, focus more on actually cooking your foods and including more fresh fruits and veggies. Use legumes, nuts and seeds, and whole grains to create healthy meals. You could try looking for healthy but quick vegan recipes online, too
I’m not sure what ‘good vegan foods’ are exactly but I’d assume you mean less vegan nuggest, fries, and things of that sort. I have vegan friends who love to meal prep whether its a day or two ahead or the whole week and that can really help you decide on more healthy foods. For breakfast try more oatmeal and things of that nature with a piece of fruit, lunch and dinner could be anything (gardean has ‘beef’ crumbles that are super good in a tortilla or lettuce leaf with toppings). Overall the more whole food staples you have the better off you’ll feel, beans, veggies, fruits, rice, and corn are all on the lower price end but will help you go far.
