Brown’s new collection hits Target shelves just in time for Veganuary.

Beloved vegan TikTok personality and actress, Tabitha Brown has launched an all new vegan food and kitchen collection at Target.

This is the third of four planned collections with the retail giant. The earlier two partnerships included clothing and a home decor line.

Her latest collection, which rolled out online and on most Target store shelves on 8th January, features 40 different selections of plant-based meats, spreads, pasta, snacks, and more.

The Tabitha Brown vegan snack line includes mouthwatering offerings such as salt and vinegar cashews, vegan pizza ravioli, garlic plant-based patties, and organic roasted garlic and parmesan popcorn, among others.

‘Nourishment and joy’

“Our guests love what we’ve done in our partnership with Tabitha Brown, and I can’t wait for them to see this new collection – featuring vegan food items, refrigerated foods, meal solutions, and a range of kitchen and tabletop essentials,” Jill Sando, executive vice president, and chief merchandising officer for Target said.

“Tabitha’s cooking has brought joy to countless people, and you can see how this collection is incredibly close to her heart. There’s just so much here to help our guests bring nourishment and joy to their friends and family.”

Tabitha Brown’s vegan trajectory

Brown has millions of followers across her social media channels after her viral video about a tempeh sandwich she bought from Whole Foods catapulted her into vegan stardom in 2017.

Brown, who switched to a plant-based diet in the same year to tackle health issues, has since been an outspoken advocate of the lifestyle.

She credits the documentary What the Health as the turning point in her lifestyle choices.

Now, Brown’s influence is spread across mediums from television to books, but she is best known for her engaging cooking videos on social media.

She has two book deals under her belt, and both of them—Feeding the Soul and Cooking from the Spirit—have gone on to be New York Times best sellers.

She also hosts Food Network’s first-ever vegan cooking show, It’s CompliPlated.

Commenting on the decision to hire Brown as It’s CompliPlated’s host, Jane Latman, president of Home & Food Content and Streaming for Warner Bros. Discovery (Food Network’s parent company), said at the time: “Tabitha Brown’s energy, sense of humour, and real-life journey to becoming vegan make her the perfect host to take us on this adventure.”
