It really depends on your diet. If you’re eating a lot of processed foods (as most of us did as new vegans), you’ll bloat a lot more. than if you eat eat whole plant-based foods. And remember that your body is just getting used to only plants and some plants do bloat you more. Like beans, broccoli, etc. so try to consume a lot of water and try taking pro-biotics, that will normally help keep the bloat down. =)
