It can be hard, but following activists and watching videos on what happens to animals has helped me. It’s extremely hard when family isn’t on board but if you keep fighting, eventually it’ll become second nature to you. Maybe you could slowly eliminate meat. I managed to have only one meal this year not Vegan, last year I had three a week at least, maybe least. I have been recommended a lot ‘Forks Over Knives’, ‘Cowspiracy’, and ‘What the Health’. Maybe you could check them out too? Once you find the motivation and keep it around, Veganism will always be on your mind. The Netherlands news on the activists that fought will forever be embedded into my mind. It took me four years before I went fully Vegan. I hope I can make it past four years and be that way til I die, and I hope you can too! It’s a truly amazing lifestyle, it’s a challenge, but it’s worth it. We are all there for each other, helping one another out. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! There’s tons of information online and I’ve also found Pinterest be a good platform to save Vegan meal ideas and other stuff about animals because if you are on it as much as I am then you constantly have vegan motivation. Instagram is the same way! Good luck! ?✊??
