Just curious here, as I work to change my dairy to vegan options. Most vegan butter, cheese etc has coconut oil or palm oil, both saturated fats. Is that still bad to consume or ultimately better than actual dairy for avoiding heart disease? I have highish triglycerides and i dont want them to increase. | Totally Vegan Buzz

Of course, vegan options are better. But you dont need to be a vegan junk foodie, you can be a health foodie. All this needs is choosing wholefoods plantbased choices. Follow Dr Michael Greger.
