I recommend not to eliminate anything at first step.
First search and study for new (vegan) source of protein
then increase the diversity of your daily food by adding new sources
*after that eliminate maet
- and at final step, eliminate other animal products( egg and dairy)
Personally, I started by eliminating items one at a time. First I gave up meat, then fish, then I dedicated myself to a month of strict veganism to see if there were any challenges. I used that month to research veganism, and have had the easiest time being vegan since ( six months).
