Eating vegan isn’t a pledge to live in purgatory for the rest of your life, nor do you have to renounce sweets and chocs for apples and raisins. If you’ve recently made the switch to a plant-based diet, you  probably didn’t know you have been eating vegan-friendly treats your whole life.

The chew behind everybody’s childhood.

Nope – they no longer contain E120.

8. Rowntree’s Jelly Tots

Jelly Tots, your favourite sweet, made by Rowntree’s for vegans to eat.

9. Tooty Frooties

So good, Little Richard wrote a song about them.

10. Sherbet Dip Dab

OMG, nostalgia central.

11. Sherbet Fountain

The Marmite of the sweet world: because, liquorice.

12. Love Hearts

Even vegans can do Valentine’s Day. Yay!

13. Parma Violets

Because no party bag was ever complete without these.
