Costa Coffee has decided to launch new plant-based options including an all-day breakfast panini, rice pot, toastie, dessert and soups this January, claims insider.
Although there is no official announcement from the coffee brand, an insider has leaked information to Vegan Food UK about the new vegan menu roll out.
The new options include Breakfast Panini with sausages, beans , mushrooms and cheese, a grilled Ham & Cheeze Toastie, a Chilli Bean & Rice Pot, and a Strawberry Croissant. Tomato & Basil and Roasted Carrot & Coriander soups will also be available.
The announcement has been hailed by several delighted customers eager to give the new options a try.

“This explains why costa have been lagging behind so much, they’re about to launch these!!! ???,” mentioned a third.
The anticipated vegan menu follows an elaborate Christmas fare that the coffee brand launched in all of its 2,467 locations nationwide from November 1.
The plant-based festive menu items include a vegetable and falafel sandwich, rocky road bar, Christmas cake, and an assortment of vegan-friendly specialty coffee drinks.
