
The condiment brand has released three new flavours to its vegan mayo.
Condiment giant Hellmann’s is expanding its vegan mayo range just in time for Veganuary 2021.
The Unilever subsidiary will be releasing three vegan flavours, which include Baconnaise, Chipotle, and Garlic.
The products will hit shelves of Ocado, Amazon Fresh and ASDA from January 1st 2021.
The new vegan flavours join the company’s original vegan-certified spread launched in 2016 in Canada, US and the UK.
Plant-based initiative Veganuary, which encourages people to take on the vegan food pledge for the month of January, shared the news on its Instagram account – garnering thousands of likes and positive feedback.
‘Vegan options have come so far’
One Instagrammer wrote: “This kind of variety is insane, vegan options have come so far.”
Another commented: “I need these in my life.”
A third wrote: “I’m getting that garlic Mayo!!”
Bring Home The Vegan Bacon
As part of a marketing campaign, Hellmann’s is calling on all UK residents with the surname Bacon, to be a part of its tasting panel and “try our latest product innovation before it hits shelves in January.”
In an Instagram post, the brand wrote: “That’s right, if you’re a UK resident with the surname Bacon, we’re inviting you to register for a squealy delicious first taste of our brand new vegan Baconnaise!
