The star told her millions of followers: “Plant-based and two workouts a day for 30 days to get our mind and body right this year!”
Kim Kardashian has revealed she is going fully plant-based for the next 30 days.
Announcing the news on Instagram, the reality star and businesswoman shared an image of the vegan meals sent to her by Beyond Meat.
Thanking the Los Angeles-based food start-up, which sent her products including Beyond Breakfast Sausage, Beyond Meatballs, and Beyond Beef, Kardashian wrote: “Someone heard I went plant-based.
“Thank you @BeyondMeat.”

The 40-year-old, who is currently courting rumours of her “imminent” divorce from rapper Kanye West, also revealed information about her new fitness challenge with sister Khloé.
In another Instagram story, she told her 199 million followers: “Sister Boot Camp starts this month.
“Plant-based and two workouts a day for 30 days to get our mind and body right this year!”

Plant-based Kardashian
The beauty mogul isn’t new to the world of plant-based foods.
Kardashian ditched meat and dairy in 2019 after she was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis.
In a blog post for her sister Kourtney’s Poosh website, she shared: “I live a healthy life and try to eat as plant-based as possible and drink sea moss smoothies.
“With all the stress in life, I try to make sure I take time for myself so that I am centered and keep my stress to a minimum.”
At the start of 2020, Kardashian tweeted that she and her family no longer ate meat and even shared that her typical vegan meals included oatmeal, vegan sausages, tacos, and salad.
Kardashian was also seen endorsing vegan coffee brand Clevr Blends just before Christmas after she posted an Instagram story of the hamper she received containing packets of the coffee.
