The vegan Candy Bento Box retails for $30 and includes three vegan gummies infused with real mango, pineapple and strawberry purée.

Luxury candy company Sugarfina has launched its first-ever fully vegan Candy Bento Box just in time for Easter.

Packed in an adorable pineapple-shaped Candy Bento Box, Sugarfina’s latest offering includes three vegan candies ‘to satisfy every sweet tooth’.

Joining Sugarfina’s fan-favorite Island Pineapple candies are newcomers Magic Mangos and Summer Strawberries candies. 

Each of the candies in the Tropical Gift Set Candy Bento Box is made with pectin replacing gelatin – an animal byproduct normally found in gummies along with real pineapple, mango, and strawberry purée.

Sugarfina’s Candy Bento Box retails for $30 and is available to purchase from the retailer’s website.

The Los Angeles-based company was founded in 2012 after co-founders Rosie O’Neill and Josh Resnick became obsessed “to create the ultimate candy store for grown-ups.”

The artisanal candy store, which boasts of an expansive collection full of decadent delights to surprise any sweet tooth, however faced rough weather and the duo filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2019.

Sugarfina’s assets were subsequently purchased by Bristol Luxury Group LLC at a $15.1 million.

In January this year, Sugarfina launched its first-ever equity crowdfunding campaign, targeting up to a $25 million raise.

This Reg A+ offering is made available through StartEngine Primary LLC, member FINRA/SIPC.

This campaign is the first of its kind for Sugarfina Corporation, and it comes 14 months post-acquisition.

According to the new management, the funding will enable the leadership to accelerate Sugarfina’s growth plan, which includes increasing online, wholesale, and international distribution, launching new products, increasing marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, product trial, and customer acquisition, building inventory, and opening a central fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In 2021, Sugarfina is also looking to delight its consumer base with buzz-worthy partnerships, including one with a vegan and paleo specialty brand.
