The delightful festive hamper features truffles, pies, jam and more.
Marks & Spencer has launched an elaborate Vegan Christmas Food Gift Bag full of irresistible festive vegan treats from the brand’s Plant Kitchen range.
The £40 hamper includes:
- Mount Benson Shiraz (75cl)
- Plant Kitchen Christmas pudding (100g)
- Vegan cocoa dusted truffles (260g)
- Plant Kitchen 4 mince pies (249g)
- Salted caramel truffles (125g)
- Smooth hazelnut chocolate spread (200g)
- British soft set raspberry jam (113g)
The hamper comes in a stylish yet sustainable and eco-friendly tote bag, which has been produced by Cocobagh – a social business venture that supports widowed women in local Indian communities.
The brand states that Cocobagh’s eco-friendly approach uses recycled offcuts, rather than consuming large quantities of water to farm new cotton making the gift an embodiment of a good conscience.
The gift bag is available to order now, for delivery from the 15th December.
Cheaper festive bargains
The upmarket retailer is also selling “Percymas” mince pies, which look similar to cherry bakewell tarts as part of cheaper festive bargains.
Each pie features a buttery pastry case filled with a layer of “fruity filling”, a Percy Pig flavour sponge and pink fondant icing.
However, the pies are suitable for vegetarians only.
They are priced at £2 for a pack of four and are available in stores across the UK now.
