The UK’s No. 1 Vegan and Free From Chocolate brand is launching four new treats in the coming months.
Popular vegan chocolate company NOMO has announced the launch of a ‘whole host of new products for 2021’.
The UK food brand is launching four new creations in the coming months, according to Vegan Food UK.
“NOMO has announced the launch of a whole host of new products for 2021, with four new creations set to delight fans across the UK,” the food account posted on Instagram.
The new treats include the NOMO Choc Orange Crunch Block Bar (82g) set to roll out in Holland and Barrett on 6th September while the NOMO KIDS 3 Pack Choc Lollies (37g) will hit Sainsbury shelves on 2nd August and Holland and Barrett on 6th September
The brand is releasing 2 flavours of its NOMO Giant Buttons (110g). The Giant Caramel and Sea Salt Choc Buttons will be available to buy in Sainsbury’s from 2nd August while the creamy choc counterparts will hit Waitrose on 27th September.
Bournville buttons no longer vegan
Nomo’s new choc buttons will be a welcome relief after Cadbury’s Bournville Chocolate – one of the UK vegans’ favourite treats – was recently found to be no longer suitable for vegans.
Vegan Food UK announced in a post on its Instagram that Cadbury has added milk as an active ingredient.
“This is really sad times as we all know the cruelty to cows in using dairy in anything”, it wrote.
Meanwhile, Swiss conglomerate Nestlé’s rolled out a vegan version of one of its most popular products in the UK this year.
The dairy-free chocolate bar, called KitKat V, was created by experts in Nestlé’s confectionery research and development centre in York, England.
It is now available nationwide.
