Selfridges has launched a brand-new confectionery hall featuring world famous chocolate brands and a special vegan counter.

The iconic luxury department has unveiled its revamped confectionery hall with over 1500 different varieties of chocolates and sweets from 40 brands all under one roof.

Chocolate connoisseurs can now feast on delicious treats from leading brands such as Carpo, Neuhaus, Charbonnel et Walker, Pierre Marcolini, Artisan du Chocolate, Rococo Godiva, K+M chocolate, and Diggle chocolates.

Vegan Chocolatier

The sweets hall also boasts of a dedicated vegan counter- the first and largest of its kind in the UK. The ‘Vegan Chocolatier’- will source 20 hand-picked options from Brighton based Be Chocolat by internationally renowned vegan chocolatier Michel Clement.

Customers can drool over options such as an almond praline square dipped in chocolate, truffles with pure peanut butter, praline and vegan caramel and coconut bar with honeycomb rock dipped in dark chocolate.

During Christmas, the store will accommodate 26 advent calendars for seasonal delicacies categorized under American, classic, traditional, vegan and jelly belly.

The confectionery hall announcement on the brand’s official Instagram account drew over thousands of likes and comments from chocolate fans.

“Yum can’t wait to visit,” commented a user.
