The New Greggs Summer Menu Includes The Vegan Mexican Bean Wrap

Greggs has launched a new summer menu to be rolled out across the UK this year, and it includes the popular Mexican Bean & Sweet Potato Wrap which hit selected stores last summer.

The wrap was first launched on the Greggs menus last summer but has been infamously hard to track down, and the new menu guarantees the product as a mainstay alongside the vegan sausage roll.

The wrap feat features mixed beans in spicy tomato & jalepeño sauce, sweet potato falafel , mixed peppers, chipotle chilli sauce and fresh salad leaves which are all packed into a soft tortilla wrap.

The new plant-based product is 452 calories and holds 11g of fat and 13g of protein.

The UK bakery has indicated it is developing more vegan options following the sensational success of its vegan sausage roll.

The Mexican Bean Wrap was launched last summer as its first ever vegan meal deal.

The wrap is seen by some as an underrated product, which has paled into insignificance compared to the vegan sausage roll.

Following the launch many customers gave the wrap rave reviews.
