A UK snack brand has launched a vegan popcorn bar range in response to growing demand for ‘alternatives that deliver on both health and taste’.

PROPER Snacks – maker of PROPERCORN AND PROPERCHIPS-  says the new bars are its ‘most crowd-pleasing combination yet’.

The snacks come in two sweet flavours:  Salted Caramel and Hazelnut Praline.

The ultimate vegan feel-good treats are made using a combination of popcorn, nuts, and rice crispies with Fairtrade chocolate.

They are gluten-free and are also less than 116 calories per bar. Moreover, they are said to be high in fibre and free of palm oil.

The bars are wrapped in vibrant packaging made out of 30% recycled plastic.

“Our snack obsession started with PROPERCORN. And now we’re bringing the goods, in a bar”, PROPER founder, Cassandra Stavrou said in a statement sent to Totally Vegan Buzz.

The popcorn bars are now available on PROPER’s webshop and in Boots stores across the UK with RRP £1.59 for a single-serve bar.
