The supermarket has expanded its 2018 offer after vegan and veggie food sales rose by 85% this year. The selection for the 2018 holidays has plenty of mouth-watering options. See the vegan options on offer below.
Main course
For an eye-catching centrepiece, the vegan Beet Wellington costs just £7 for two servings.

Who needs to meat when you can have a delicious nut roast? The vegan Nut Grain Roast sets shoppers back £5 for a 330g serving.

Sides
To accompany, the decadent vegan Cauliflower and Broccoli Bake comes in at £3.29 for a 365g portion.

Christmas dinner is never complete without sprouts! Waitrose has released Chargrilled Sprouts With Smoked Paprika at £5 for 200g.

Or maybe the Pulled Jackfruit Tacos are more to your taste, at £7 for 12 servings.

Vegans could also go for crispy Parmetier Potatoes With Wessex Stout, at £2.68 for 400g.

Dessert
To round off the perfect vegan Christmas dinner, Waitrose offers Vegan Chocolate Torte at £15 for six 159g portions.

Or you may prefer Pineapple and Coconut Panna Cotta, which costs £3.50 for two servings.
