Shocking footage has emerged of a cruel woman stubbing out a cigarette in a puppy’s eyes before breaking its paws in a suspected ‘animal torture fetish’ industry video.
Animal rights groups are hunting the woman pictured grabbing a young puppy by the neck and torturing it with the cigarette.
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Singapore is on alert as the video is thought to be filmed in the country.
The group says the footage was made by ‘syndicates that profit from animal torture films, including some that are produced for sexual fetish’.
The video shows the woman casually smoking outside a house before repeatedly inflicting pain on the animal, which can be heard crying out in agony.
The puppy is not fully audible as it has its mouth taped shut, and the woman goes on to inexplicably snap its paws.
The video is four minutes long in total, in which the woman relentlessly burns the dog.
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Singapore has appealed for information to help track down the woman.
It said in a statement: “There are indications that the incident may not have occurred in Singapore but we are exploring all possibilities and urgently appealing for credible information to seek justice for the puppy.
“If you know the identity and whereabouts of the woman, please provide the information to the relevant agency in your country.
“Alternatively, you can contact us and we will relay the message in strict confidence. Let us stand united against animal cruelty, wherever it may occur.”
