Greggs has officially confirmed the return of its eagerly anticipated Christmas menu to shops nationwide in the UK, featuring the much-loved Vegan Festive Bake!

After a brief hiatus last year, the Vegan Festive Bake makes a comeback with an improved recipe that promises an even tastier holiday experience. It features a sumptuous filling of Quorn mycoprotein, sage and onion stuffing balls, and vegan bacon, all enveloped in golden puff pastry and topped with a rich cranberry and red onion sauce. Starting November 8, customers can enjoy the festive treat priced at £2.00, or as part of a savoury bake deal for £2.85.

In 2021, Greggs first responded to vegan customers’ requests for a plant-based festive option. Despite being replaced in 2023 by the Spicy Vegetable Curry Bake, the Vegan Festive Bake’s absence was deeply felt, sparking considerable anticipation for its return. With enhancements, Greggs aims to make this festive season memorable for everyone.

This year’s relaunch is accompanied by a charming Christmas campaign featuring the esteemed Nigella Lawson. In a heartwarming advert, Lawson, acclaimed for her culinary expertise, savours the Festive Bake, describing it as a “rapturous riot of flavour.”
