Companies are revving up their vegan options for Vegnauary.
Squeaky Bean has announced the release of its amazingly new authentic Cooking Chorizo Style Sausage stores across the UK in time for Veganuary.
The annual January campaign inspired and supported over 620,000 people to try vegan in 2022. Participants from over 220 countries and territories signed up for the 31 days challenge.
The incredibly authentic-looking Spanish chorizo-style sausage is crafted from fava beans and is rich in fibre and protein. It can be eaten hot or cold and won’t lose that famous squeaky texture when cooked.
Versatile and scrumptious
The latest Squeaky bean offering is loaded with spices and seasoning to give the same distinct red colour and fullness of flavour as a Spanish dry cured chorizo. It contains, chilli, smoked paprika and garlic.
The sausage is easy to cook. All it needs is a pan-fry for just two to three minutes to ensure a tasty, flavourful outcome every time.
The Chorizo Style Sausage can be enjoyed in a plethora of different cuisines; from paellas to tacos, in pasta or on a pizza.
It is a perfect option not only for vegans, but also meat eaters, meat reducers, flexitarians, vegans and vegetarians alike.
You can enjoy this Spanish classic pan-fried in a winter warming chilli or spice up a vegetable soup such as leek and potato, or add it to an omelette, or as part of a tapas-style spread.
