Morrisons has released a fully vegan essentials box containing food enough to feed 2 people for a week amid the coronavirus lockdown.
The box priced at £35 contains 23 items, which include everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to meatless mince, biscuits, buns, salad, dips and treats.

According to the supermarket, the essential box concept is particularly handy for vulnerable and self-isolating customers during the ongoing pandemic.
“Designed to feed two for a week, this box contains vegan ingredients to help you enjoy a balanced vegan lifestyle at home,” a Morrisons’ spokesperson said.
“You’ll find fresh produce including fruit and vegetables, grains, nuts and vegan protein products like meat-free sausages and meatless mince.”
The boxes can be easily ordered for self or on behalf of someone and have it delivered the next day by contact-free courier.
Seeing the success of the concept, Morrisons has launched a range of other boxes to cater to different consumer preferences.
Recently, it also added a £22 jumbo box of fruit and veg containing 135 items.
The extra-large box weighs 11 kgs and is packed with products to help one eat a more nutritious and balanced diet at home.
