‘We’re proud to be able to give some of our most dedicated customers a brand-new beautiful space in Hove to enjoy.’

Purezza– U.K.’s first all-vegan pizzeria is opening its third venue this summer.

The vegan pizzeria which has eateries in Brighton and London will be the first all vegan restaurant to open a two-story location in Hove this August.

While customers will get to indulge in Purezza’s award-winning pizzas, cocktails, a full gluten-free menu, and raw mains, they will also get to appreciate the restaurant’s sustainability vibe with upcycled furniture, eco-friendly decorations, and organic plants.

Purezza

Purezza has been making great strides in the vegan food market since its launch in 2015. Not only has its pizza recipes won multiple awards, it has also opened UK’s largest vegan restaurant in Camden in 2020 and operates its own cheese factory to manufacture dairy and palm-oil-free mozzarella using all-natural ingredients.

“2020 was always set to be a big year for Purezza, and whilst the coronavirus crisis was an unforeseen challenge, it won’t affect our plans. Purezza is a growing brand, but our home has always been Brighton & Hove,” said Purezza co-owner and co-founder Tim Barclay.

According to the brand, the new location will allow for local delivery to surrounding communities and help it serve more customers who often wait up to three hours in queues at its Brighton restaurant.

“Before looking at national expansion, we’re proud to be able to give some of our most dedicated customers a brand-new beautiful space in Hove to enjoy.”
