Marks & Spencer has expanded its vegan ‘Plant Kitchen’ range to include mozzarella sticks and churros with chocolate

Marks and Spencer has added some exciting new products to its vegan Plant Kitchen range.

The initial launch last year saw 60 new vegan products introduced to UK high streets.

The UK supermarket has added churros with chocolate sauce and mozzarella sticks to its extensive Plant Kitchen range.

The range includes everything from ‘dirty vegan’ comfort food including Cauliflower Popcorn with Buffalo dip and Cashew Mac, to healthy meals such as Mushroom Stroganoff.

The brand has also introduced some vegan firsts to mainstream supermarkets, such as vegan coleslaw and potato salad.

It also introduced the first vegan-friendly sourdough pizza, using a ‘vegan house sauce’ which is available in two flavours; Margherita and BBQ Pulled Jackfruit.

The full M&S Plant Kitchen range now includes a BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Pizza, Mushroom Stroganoff, Cauliflower Popcorn, Lasagne, Green Thai Curry & Jasmine Rice,Mexican Supergrains, No Pork Sausages, Roast Aubergine with Herby Grains, Sweet Potato Katsu Curry, Sticky Teriyaki Tofu, Rainbow Veg Sushi Wrap, Spaghetti Bolognese, Sweetcorn & Chickpea Burger, Mushroom Pie, No Beef Burger, Sweet Potato Biryani Wrap and the Roasted Veg & Avocado Sandwich.
