‘We couldn’t be more thrilled to invite the vegetarian and vegan community to try our new Vegan Shack!’

Popular burger restaurant Shake shack has introduced its first-ever Vegan ShackBurger to select outlets in the UK.

The limited-edition offer is a vegan twist on the classic ShackBurger and comes packed with a patty made from real vegetables, grains, and herbs, including kale, quinoa, and sweet potatoes, topped with vegan cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and vegan ShackSauce on a toasted bun.

‘Keep pushing’

The restaurant chain is always striving to be more sustainable and environmentally friendly and its mission is to ‘Stand For Something Good’ in everything it does and states on its website: “We love our planet and all its inhabitants. We’re working hard to lessen our footprint, and promise to keep pushing to make important new strides.”

‘Thrilled’

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to invite the vegetarian and vegan community to try our new Vegan Shack!” said Shake Shack Culinary Director, Mark Rosati.

“We wanted to create a sandwich that was thoughtful in the way we approached the ingredients and flavors, as well as was fun and delicious to eat. We hope our guests will love it as much as we do!”

The Vegan ShackBurger (single £7.50, double £11) will be available at select Shake Shack stores including Canary Wharf, Mansion House, Brent Cross and Stratford from September 8th for a limited time only.
