B12 and D during Winter. That’s it. If you can get B12 via fortified milks/ marmite then great but D if you get no sun in winter. Of course just my opinion and experience.

I meant B12 all the tine and D in winter. Could have looked like both just in winter. My apologies.

Hi, all of the above, and i also use flaxseeds and chia seeds to cook with or sprinkle on/in stuff to help with omega stuff.
