I have taken a snake off someone’s hands as they were unable to look after it anymore but you have to feed them dead, frozen mice. Does this mean I am not vegan as I buy the mice, as much as I hate it I can’t let him starve.

Not at all. Veganism is avoiding needless exploitation and harm. Your snake needs to eat meat to survive so it’s okay

completely agree they are designed to eat meat and know no better, they need it to survive

Humans on the other hand are not, do know much better and don’t need it to survive
