It’s a common misconception that it’s hard to get protein from a vegan diet. Here are some of the top protein sources for vegans: tofu, tempeh, seitan, lentils, legumes, seeds, sprouted graina, spelt, quinoa, peas – and of course vegetables! Broccoli, leafy greens, sprouts, cauliflower, spinach… the list goes on.

Meat eaters get their protiens from only a handful of sources (beef, chicken, pigs, eggs and fish). Vegans get A LOT more protien per calorie from a variety of souces that are more efficient for the human body to process!

Almost everything has protein in it

It’s such a myth it’s just meat
