A long time because it wasnt a socially normal thing to do for so long. Now it is much more popular.

Just create your own vegan flyer or email me for some ideas. Give your flyers out to people and get into conversation with them. That way you learn and they learn. Look at mentors like Joey Carbstrong for inspiration.
