Seaspiracy is already among Netflix’s top 10 most popular films and TV shows in several countries worldwide.
Netflix’s new docu-film Seaspiracy has shocked viewers and left many ‘crying their eyes out’ after witnessing gory scenes of brutal dolphin and whale slaughter.
The eye-opening documentary produced by Cowspiracy‘s Kip Andersen, and directed by filmmaker Ali Tabrizi outlines the ‘war’ on our world’s oceans and the urgency to protect them for the sake of our future.
The 90-minute documentary brilliantly exposes the fishing industry’s environmental and ethical impacts on marine life whilst delving on issues including ‘dolphin friendly’ seafood, ‘sustainable’ fishing, microplastics, fish farm slavery overfishing and the inaction of eco-friendly fishing organizations and governments.
The 27-year-old Brit, who also spotlights some shocking practices that could result in empty oceans by 2048 said: “When we embarked on the journey to expose the leading threat to our seas, we had no idea of the sheer scale of what we were about to uncover.”
