Ben & Jerry’s has partnered with BOSH! to launch three mouthwatering limited-edition vegan desserts that will sell in select European scoop shops this month.

 To make the World Vegan Month memorable, the ice cream brand approached BOSH!’s Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, to whip up an ice-cream ‘burger’, hot chocolate, and sundae.

In a statement to Vegan Food & Living, Henry and Ian from BOSH! said: “We’ve loved being let loose in the kitchen with Ben & Jerry’s vegan range, we hope fans will love this menu inspired by some of our favourite American recipes.

“We think our show-stopping burger, super stacked sundae and cosy hot chocolate will be perfect way to sweep away those autumn leaves.”

Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop Guru, Zara Hall, confirmed: “We knew this World Vegan Month we wanted to give vegan fans a reason to celebrate, so now the leaves have changed – our Scoop Shop vegan menu has too and who better take on the challenge than the BOSH! guys. Bringing together their flavor first, creative spark with a little peace, love & ice-cream turned out to be a match made in plant-powered dessert heaven.”

Vegan treats

The Im-BOSH-ible ice cream burger includes a vegan brioche roll filled with Ben & Jerry’s non-dairy ice cream, caramel sauce, crumbled cookies and vegan whipped topping.

The Campfire Hot Chocolate features a melted scoop of Ben & Jerry’s non-dairy chocolate fudge brownie ice cream with cinnamon spiced almond milk, and topped with vegan marshmallows, caramel popcorn, and whipped cream.

The Toffee Apple Crunch Sundae includes pecan granola, apple compote and caramel sauce layered with two scoops of Ben & Jerry’s new vegan cookies on cookie dough ice cream and apple crisps and caramel popcorn toppings.

Head to Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop on London’s Wardour Street, Berlin’s Weinbergsweg or Rotterdam’s Witte de Withstraat between November 1 and 30 to try it for yourself.
