“The Love Plants meals are suitable for everyone and in taste tests the most common comment was “I can’t believe they are vegan!”. They really do taste incredible, and I can’t wait for you to try them!”
UK’s leading vegan online retailer has launched a range of ready to eat meals.
TheVegankind supermarket has partnered with plant-based meat brand THIS to create the Love Plants range of easy, quick and delicious meals that will not only be a hit with vegans but meat-eaters as well.
The flavoursome, protein-rich high fibre meals will feature hyper-realistic vegan chicken THIS Isn’t chicken cooked with delicious veggies, herbs and spices.
The range debuts with three flavours that are easily microwavable and can be ready within just five minutes.
The Thai Green Curry is made using THIS Isn’t Chicken along with veggies including green beans, water chestnuts, and jalapenos mixed in spices and served with Jasmine rice.
Korma & Rice is made with THIS Isn’t Chicken, tomatoes, garlic, and coconut milk mixed with spices including coriander, ginger, cardamom, turmeric, cumin, chilli, cinnamon, and cloves and served with Basmati rice.
Arrabiata Pasta is a classic Italian dish, which includes THIS Isn’t Chicken, fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, onions, garlic, paprika, basil, chilli served with Penne pasta and topped with melted vegan cheese fortified with B12.
‘Universal, mass appeal’
“We are delighted to be launching these delicious & nutritious plant-based meals in collaboration with THIS Isn’t Chicken,” Scott McCulloch, CEO and co-founder of TheVeganKind, said.
“We wanted to release a range of classic meals which have universal, mass appeal, and we wanted meat eaters to enjoy them as much as vegans.
“The Love Plants meals are suitable for everyone and in taste tests the most common comment was “I can’t believe they are vegan!”. They really do taste incredible, and I can’t wait for you to try them!”
‘Tiny part of their meteoric growth’
Andy Shovel, CEO and co-founder of THIS, added: “Scott & the team at TVK have been so supportive, working with us since we launched THIS back in 2019. It’s great to have been a tiny part of their meteoric growth and wicked to be featuring in their new meals!”
Love Plants ready to eat meals are available to buy online exclusively at TheVeganKind Supermarket at an introductory price of £3.49 each or 3 for £10 with delivery across the UK.
