Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell revealed dramatic weight loss since switching to a vegan diet during the show’s first semi-final yesterday (May 27).
The X Factor mastermind has reportedly lost 20lbs since moving to the diet last month.
Cowell had been told by a doctor that he had ‘every allergy going’ – and also fainted due to low blood pressure in 2017.
Doctors advised him to cut out meat, dairy and fish, and he has reported feeling healthier than ever since making the switch.

Fans were quick to notice he’s also shed a few pounds on the diet.
In an interview with The Sun last month, Cowell revealed: “Within 24 hours I changed my diet and I’ve not looked back since. You feel better, you look better.
“I cut out a lot of the stuff I shouldn’t have been eating and that was primarily meat, dairy, wheat, sugar — those were the four main things.
“I loved those comfort foods, that’s all I’ve eaten all my life. I love jam tarts, hamburgers, spaghetti Bolognese. I can eat fish but this year I will go the whole way.”
